How to make Crispy Fried Chicken?

Ingredients

1 kg chicken breasts boneless cut into strips ½ cup lemon juice Lemon wedjes 20 garlic cloves 1 cup flour spiced with paprika, black Pepper and Salt Panko (thai bread Crumbs) 1 cup butter milk or ayran Vegetable oil for frying

Method

  • Soak the chicken over night with lemon juice, lemon wedges and the garlic cloves, don’t mash the garlic, and keep it whole.
  • The second day, drain the chicken very well.
  • Dip in the spiced flour, then in the butter milk then in the bread crumbs.
  • Fry on high heat for the first minute, then lower the heat and fry 7 to 10 minutes till cooked but juicy.
  • Serve with potato or with rice and salad.
