How to make Delicious Vegan Burgers?

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Sunflower Oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • ½ Onion Chopped
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 Can chickpeas
  • ½ Can red beans

Method

  • Heat the sunflower Oil then add onions, cumin, cinnamon for 5 min until brown
  • Rinse and drain the chickpeas and red beans then add the onion mix and Blend until you get a dough
  • Divide the mixture into 4 and bind into burger patties
  • In a frying pan, heat 1 Tbsp. Sunflower oil, then carefully add the patty. Cook for 8 – 10 min on each side.
  • Serve with Bread or alone with the side dish
