Very Berry Trifle Kunafa

Ingredients

  • 4 large packets of vanilla Swiss roll
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 small cans cream
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh berries
  • 1 cup kunafa
  • ½ stick of butter

Method

  • Mix condensed milk with the cream
  • Melt butter in a pan
  • Add Kunafa Dough and start to toast till the color turns to light brown
  • In a trifle serving dish, layer starting with Swiss Roll then fruits. The end with the cream mixture.
  • Alternate until all ingredients are finished
  • Garnish with the Toasted Kunafa Dough
  • Refrigerate
