Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked Freekeh
  • 1 cup fresh mushroom (chopped)
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • Salt & Pepper
  • ¼ cup cooking cream

Method

  • Sauté fresh mushrooms in melted butter
  • Add Freekeh to the mushroom mixture
  • Add cheeses, salt and pepper to taste
  • Add cooking cream
  • Layer in oven proof dish and cover with foil
  • Heat up in oven for 10 - 15 minutes
  • Serve hot
