Chicken Rolls in Puff Pastry

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts very thinly sliced 2 medium sized carrots (shredded) 250 g fresh mushroom (sliced) 2 cups thinly sliced of pepper (red, yellow, green) 1 large packet of puff pastry (thawed) 1 Tbsp. Flour or starch + 3 Tbsp. cooking cream (mixed) Salt, pepper to taste, garlic powder, paprika Dash of cinnamon 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese

Method

  • Fry all vegetables in 2 Tbsp. of vegetable oil
  • Remove all veggies from pan.
  • Fry thinly sliced chicken breasts and add garlic powder and paprika
  • Add all vegetables and chicken back in the pan
  • Add cooking cream mixture
  • Keep the stove on low heat until mixture thickens
  • Lay out the Puff Pastry squares
  • Fill the mixture into each square
  • Spoon 1 tsp of mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture
  • Roll it into a cigarette
  • Place it in the oven for 20-25 minutes
