Nour Al Nahlawy Functional Health Coach and Pharmacist

A pharmacist, a health coach and a mom, graduated from The Faculty of Pharmacy from Ain Shams University, Egypt.  She studied holistic nutrition at one of the best schools providing recent nutrition education, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), New York, USA. At IIN, she also learned more than 100 dietary theories including vegan, paleo, raw, macrobiotics, atkins, gluten-free and much more. 

She believes that medications only treat the symptoms and do not tackle the root cause of diseases. Food, however, is the fuel  your body uses daily in constant doses, so it must be a very powerful tool for providing health. 
 
Nour helps people to adopt a healthier lifestyle through listening to their bodies and to make the right dietary choices that suits their needs, and because each body behaves differently, one person's food is another person's poison so making the right choices really matter.
