The things I like to say to every new mom!!

It's okay mama if you had breastfeeding problems; I know you will kill to feel and have that bond and people around will be very judgmental either against or with, so it’s okay mama don’t feel guilty if you are not able to breastfeed, just remember you tried your best and you will share a special bond with your baby no matter what.
It's okay mama to feel sad, angry and tired; people will let you think that you will know exactly what to do when your baby is born, but that isn't the case. You and your baby will be adapting in the first weeks, don’t be so hard on yourself. Just remember it will get better with time and try to make the best of this journey.
It’s okay mama to take care of yourself, if you have someone to help you with the baby it’s okay to be able to sleep for 2 consecutive hours or to have a good meal or to take a long relaxing hot shower; Pamper yourself! Remember you reflect your mood to your baby.
It’s okay mama your postpartum body will get back to normal in few months, after all you carried a little human for 9 months. Accept and love your body and don't feel pressured by outside influences or people judgments; Work it out the way you want.
Its okay mama to keep the romance, I know both of you will have a very busy schedule with the baby, but remember a healthy marriage is the best gift you give to your baby. So put a date and go out with your husband you can have a dinner, watch a movie or take a walk. You can also share quality time when baby is sleeping. It doesn’t take lots of efforts to show your affection to your partner.
