Hibiscus with mint leaves

Ingredients

4 cups boiling water 8 hibiscus tea bags ½ cup honey Ice cubes 2 cups sparkling water (I use Perrier) ¼ cup mint leaves, for garnish strawberries, for garnish

Method

• In a large pitcher, combine tea bags, honey, and boiling water; let steep 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how strong you like your tea. • Remove tea bags. • Add ice to pitcher and stir in sparkling water. • Add mint. • Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled. • Garnish with strawberries. • Serve.
