Ingredients

250 grams dried Tamarind 3tbs rose water 2 cups sugar Ice cubes 3 litres water

Method

• Get 1L of water to boil and Tamarind, leave for 20 minutes to simmer. • Let to rest. • After mixture cools down, take only water and let leaves aside. • Add half L of water to the previous leaves and repeat process. • Add remaining water to the above mixtures, in addition to sugar and ice cubes. • Juice can stay up to 3 days refrigerated. • Served cold.
