I'm going back to work in a couple of weeks and I'd like to continue breastfeeding. What's the best way to do this?

Hi dear Zainab You need to prepare your self a few days before going to work in preparing your baby for your absence and giving the bottle by somebody rather than you additional to your pumping schedule. You need also to get some preparation related to timing of bagging baby things, transfer of your pumped milk in a special bag, getting your pump. Three days before start to move the pumped milk from the freezer to the fridge the night before day of work, prepare baby things in his bag, keep your pump with sterilized equipment and milk store bags. In the morning put the milk in the ice bag to keep temperature during transport, feed the baby and go out as you are going to work, leave the baby with the responsible person, but not for the whole our of your work, but increase gradually to reach t within 3 day, but baby should not smell you or hear your voice, you should go out, and while out you start pumping at the same time of your work breaks to simulate work circumstances. Put into consideration to feed your baby as soon as you reach home
