A Chef, caterer, and a contributor to several local magazines, Sana has been involved with various charities and philanthropic efforts in Jordan and most recently contributed to the Soup for Syria and Empowering Women through Cooking project. She has also been a private culinary instructor and contestant in live culinary competitions, winning the gold medal in the 2006 HORECA competition for live sandwiches.

Sana, who lives on a farm outside Amman, gets inspiration from her surroundings, where she produces and sells homemade gourmet goodies, jams, and tapenades.
