Ingredients
4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cubed 3 tablespoons butter 1-1/2 tablespoon ginger/garlic paste 1-1/2 tablespoon curry powder 1/2 tablespoon garam masala 1/4 cup tomato paste 1/2 cup laban (buttermilk or yogurt) 1 teaspoon sugar
Method

- In a mixing bowl, add ginger/garlic paste, curry powder, garam masala, tomato paste, laban and sugar, mix well then add chicken.
- Cover, refrigerate and allow to marinate at least an hour.
- In a saute pan on medium heat, add butter. Carefully add entire contents of the bowl.
- Bring to a full boil, cover and reduce heat to medium low heat, allowing to cook for 20 minutes.
