Ingredients

  • 1 Banana Frozen (Peel and slice it then freeze it)
  • 1 cup Frozen berries (your choice of berries)
  • 3 tbsp coconut or almond milk ​​

For toppings

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • Your choice of fruits
  • Granola

Method

  • Add the berries and frozen banana to a blender and mix well
  • Add coconut or almond milk, then blend again on low speed
  • The mix is ready, you can top it with chia seeds, coconut, fruits of your choice, granola or even some peanut butter
