How to make Healthy Homemade Granola?

Healthy Granola recipie, easy and fast to be prepared for a delicious breakfast at home. 

Served with yougurt and fresh fruits.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats

  • 1 cup roughly chopped hazelnuts

  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped almonds

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1/3 cup honey 

  • 2 teaspoons sea salt

  • 1/4 cup goji berries

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 

  2. Combine the oats, hazelnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and spice in a large bowl. 

  3. Add the coconut oil, honey, and sea salt. With your hands, crumble the ingredients together. 

  4. Spread across a cookie sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until oats are golden brown. Check the oat mixture regularly to make sure it’s not burning. 

  5. Let cool completely and add the dried berries and coconut. Stir gently to combine so you don’t break up the chunky granola pieces.

*Store in a sealed container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
