Cold and delicious raspberry yogurt

Ingredients

  • 4 cups yoghurt. 
  • 2 tbs chia seeds. 
  • 2 tbs dry coconut. 
  • 1 cup frozen strawberry. 
  • 1 cup frozen blueberry. 
  • 1 cup frozen Raspberry.
  • 3 tbs granola or raw nuts.

Method

  1. Put the yogurt in a cotton cloth, then place it in a sieve for the water to drain for one hour.
  2. Put the frozen berries in the bowl.
  3. Sprinkle the coconut and Chia seeds on the berries.
  4. Spread the yoghurt.
  5. Sprinkle the granola or the nuts.
  6. Keep in fridge like one hour so the chia seeds will observe the fruit juice then it’s ready .
