Ingredients

2 mini buns Filling: it could be zaatar, labneh, cream cheese, turkey and cheese, or whatever your little one like better. cheese slices seaweed (nori sheets) Cream cheese

Method

Step 1:

For this sandwich you will be using mini buns, start with the filling, it could be zaatar, labneh, cream cheese, turkey and cheese, or whatever your little one likes better.

Step 2:

Using seaweed (nori sheets) and with fine scissors, cut out a thin line to make the minions’ glasses frame. Glue the frame to the bread with cream cheese, and if you had any extra seaweed on the sides, just tuck it in the bun.

Step 3:

For the eyes’ first layer, using fine scissors cut a round shape and, glue it to the frame with cream cheese.

Step 4:

For the eyes’ second layer use a round shape cutter to cut eyes out of cheese slices. Glue the eyes using cream cheese.

Step 5:

Finally for the pupils, you can either cut the seaweed with fine scissors or use a paper puncher (usually found at book shops). Glue the pupils with cream cheese, (you can have fun here making it look like both minions are staring at each other).

Step 6:

Use the seaweed to give the minions a smile and few hairs, gluing them with cream cheese.
