HABITS Fitness and Wellbeing

Habits is an accumulation of long & multiple experiences that lead to its kick-off at the beginning of 2021.

How it started

Zena was always passionate about exercise and being active. She wanted to start a mobile app to make a healthy lifestyle accessible to everyone comprising of a workout program and a nutrition plan, and that’s when Dana joined in.

Tahaddi AlBatalat ( Batalat Challenge)

Since the idea was new, so a testing phase was initiated for free. The feedback was positive and impactful from clients, so Zena and Dana decided to join forces to close the circle and provide full services to women who want to change their lifestyle one small positive habit at a time.

They put a nail on it in 2018 due to life happening, Zena’s pregnancy, and Dana moving to Lebanon.

By the end of 2019, as both Zena & Dana were gearing up to hop back into work, Covid lockdowns & quarantines were the new thing, and there was no better time to kick it off again. The new restrictions changed the whole game, and women were more aware of their health and made their homes the new gym. There was no better time to launch HABITS officially to empower Arab women and enabling them, with the tools in their hands, to change their lifestyles into healthier ones.
