Hello i have a 3days old girl and I am planning to breastfeed her but I have pain in my nipples and I want ways to reduce the pain

nipple pain can stay for a few days only if latching is ok, if continued for a longer time then you should be assessed for latching and positioning which when inappropriate can induce nipple pain, other causes also like tongue tie can induce nipple pain, good luck
