hello my kid is almost 5 years he is a picky eater i want to surprise him with a healthy dish that he can enjoy eating any suggestions

For kids, its always about fun food. Healthy food doesn't have to be boring, play with the colors, the way of presentation so that it is more fun. Another great tip is to get children involved in the cooking process; if they get to help out, they will give it a try and a taste...some might enjoy it very much because they prepared it.
