I had some bleeding during the first trimester and now it stopped (I am 14 weeks now) does this mean that the pregnancy is more stable now? I just cannot relax and keep on worrying all the time! What can I do to ensure a safe and healthy pregnancy

This is very common in the first trimester /the first 13 weeks of pregnancy, and we call it a threatened pregnancy, and the good news is; more than 75% of these cases reach the end of pregnancy safely, so don’t worry and enjoy the rest of it.
